Dynamic Stakeholder Programmes

We develop programmes – usually based upon our own forensic stakeholder research - that enable diverse groups to work towards a common goal. This may often be tactical rather than strategic, as the long-term objectives of the various groups may well be different, and sometimes directly opposed to each other.

We aim to find ‘win-win’ propositions that that lift them out of the everyday conflict and misunderstandings. and to develop creative executions that motivate participants and attract interest and involvement.

We focus on making everything simple and structured and demystifying technology and techniques for the various audiences. Our level of involvement varies according to the degree of sensitivity and closeness of the potential participants. On some programmes our role is simply design and set-up; in other, more difficult, areas we have run programmes as proxy for our clients.

The right degree of involvement is the one that provides the greatest client benefits.
