Oliver Griffiths: Director
Oliver has 25 years experience of stakeholder strategy, engagement, and programme development and delivery, including 7 years spent in marketing at Procter and Gamble and Allied Domecq. He helped to set up a marketing agency arm for advertising agency Abbott Mead Vickers, and regularly won awards at UK and European level, before setting up CR Consulting in 1997. Oliver specialises in stakeholder programme development, and is currently running programmes in the UK and overseas. He is a Board member of Barts City Life Savers and lectures on social responsibility in practice.
Carol Griffiths: Director
Carol joined CR Consulting in 2004 and leads the team on stakeholder mapping and engagement. She has 26 years experience spanning brand strategy, reputation management and market research. Before joining the company she worked extensively in financial services where she provided strategic and communication direction for the launch of Intelligent Finance for HBOS, was responsible for the development of the NatWest brand, and represented NatWest on the development of self-regulation in the industry, including preparatory consensus building work for the Banking Code and the Mortgage Code. She is a trustee of Community Housing and Therapy, a charity providing safe accommodation and professional care for people with serious mental ill health.
Miha Ruter: Project Manager
Miha joined CR Consulting in 2006 from the Economics Faculty of the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. He is responsible for developing state-of-the-art management and control systems for our clients.
Agnes Ogrodnik: Project Support
Agnes provides database development, processing and interrogation support.
Mike Pitts: Technical Consultant
Mike has an engineering background and has worked internationally for some of the biggest names in the business, including 13 years at GEC. Mike joined CR Consulting in 2000 to provide expertise in the practical application of new technologies. His projects have taken him from the UK and Ireland, throughout Europe, and to Asia. He is also a qualified Energy Assessor and is responsible for the advice on our projects – especially on building systems and energy efficiency.
Caroline Hogg: Associate
Caroline spent 15 years at NatWest, where she was responsible for product and service development in pensions, insurance and investments. Her speciality is driving increased profit through extending distribution channels. She became an associate to CR Consulting in 2005, and is currently advising clients on pension strategy. Caroline speaks fluent French and German and is based in Bristol.
Natasha Everard: Associate
Natasha is a communications professional, having spent her career to date in press relations with the BBC and with the Law Society. Her speciality is powerful, targeted and effective communication materials.
Jennifer Hanson: Associate
Jeni is a public affairs consultant, specialising in healthcare stakeholder management. Her experience includes the formation and management of commercial and patient group coalitions to address specific health issues.
Adrian Rebello: Financial And Management Control
Adrian has been with CR Consulting since September 2004. In addition to controlling our accounts, he provides project management support and is responsible for the company’s external accreditations to GoodCorporation and ISO 9001:2000.
